Update tetyper galaxy tool to version 1.1+galaxy1.
Load snp_profiles.txt and struct_profiles.txt from Galaxy Tool Data Tables. This allows IRIDA/Galaxy admins to maintain and update a set of transposable element typing schemes
Allow writing three outputs to IRIDA Line List:
- tetyper/type Type of transposable element detected
- tetyper/left_flanks Flanking sequence upstream of transposable element
- tetyper/right_flanks Flanking sequence downstream of transposable element
