As a developer I want to show the TAM chart when I open a Health and Education cluster.

Requirement:

  • TAM chart has 2 overlay. One is the selected cluster while the other is the SUM of all cluster

Clarifying what data should be displayed in the graph: stacked area of the Solution and Conventional emissions avoided due to Health and Education for each of the LLDC and MDC country sets. Generally table 11(a) and 14(a).
