Billing fields option for contribution page

It's probably mandatory to as for the billing informations but it could be useful to have an option in the settings to be able to deactivate the billing fields and only use a profile. A client wanted to have other fields, both core and custom, and we had to include a profile at the bottom of the page which is not problematic. it could be easier to manage everything from the same profile.
