does not build on current stable 1.75.0

[gilbert-fernandes]

did a clone of the repository. following the book.
tried to build and got this (the error happens far before we reach Mandelbrot's code)

Cargo.toml Modify num dependency version to 0.4.1 to solve the problem

Just deleting Cargo.lock is sufficient.
