Thanks for the file.
I took a look at the file with SQLiteStudio and noticed it has a different structure than all currently supported formats.

It is possible to add support for it, but with having received only a single file and user request, I'm not ready yet to invest time to implement this. I did add support for some set-top boxes in the past, but with limited time I'm focusing more on TV-integrated tuners and wide-spread devices now.
