[FEATURE] Find a way to index challenges to challenge period

currently we have challenge period payouts and cahllegne associated with them and no way of mapping specific challenges against cahllegne period for ui

You can still hack based on time stamps to assign array of challenge rounds with start and end date and then classify challenges to that
