Tooltip of breakdown by cohorts.

Expected behavior

Show the cohort name.

How to reproduce

1. Create a graph with a breakdown by cohorts

Environment

• PostHog Cloud
• self-hosted PostHog (ClickHouse-based), version/commit: please provide
• self-hosted PostHog (Postgres-based, legacy), version/commit: please provide
