New filter improvements

Copying reported issues from the closed PR on the filter: #5189

1. Add a "reset search" button to the "no results" view:
   

2. Work out the focus handling re: property name <-> operator <-> property value

3. The bug when you select a property value the other options disappear is still happening. ("= equals" operator + multiselect = weird)

4. There's some weird behavior when selecting values (see recording).
   

5. Large values are not handled well.
