Toolbar feedback: Improvements on creating actions

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When creating actions from the toolbar, the save button is a bit non-intuitive and it forces you to go through all the setup options. Further, there is a "X" button at the top of the window and a an extra cancel button. I would also consider adding extra spacing at the bottom to smooth the scrolling experience.

Describe the solution you'd like

• I would like to substitute the cancel button for a submit button so that actions can be created quickly. This will also speed up the process as most of the times you will only want to set the action name without changing the extra options.
• I would like the action name input to be autofocused when I open the create action window.
