The current process to get the demo up and running is quite unfriendly to non-engineers (even for engineers).
When choosing analytics tools often the primary decision makers are product people as they are the one that need to get insights from the data.
Having those non technical people go through this mess of deploying a demo is quite a hurdle.
They rather want to have sales provide a demo environment for them (or at least have some self-serve way to get a demo environment with data up and running).
The current process is complex and hard, leading to product people not trust the maturity of the platform.
As an alternative, a button to deploy to Heroku might be a quick win to ease the process.
However, an even better way would be a button on PostHog.com to create a demo environment.
