It was the original intention to have these classes in PCO, but then we thought they belonged in GO. Thank you for clarifying about GO biological processes. OHMI is fine for microbial/host interactions, but of course there are lots of non-microbial interactions. Perhaps those subclasses fit well in EcoCore instead of PCO.
Is the base class general enough to move into OBO Core?

We need to sort out modularity between ecocore, PCO, RO, OHMI and GO here
Note that the GO classes don't refer to the interaction process, they refer to the biological process from the view of the organism
RO represents relations not classes
I think it makes most sense for the base class to be in PCO and naming of subclasses can be in OHMI
