Limit switch does not work

Bug Description

Limit switch does not work when connecting memory card

My Configurations

v2.1.9-rc (Marlin 2.0.x)

Steps to Reproduce

1 Enable "Home All" or "Home Z" or "Home X" or "Home Y"
2 Insert a memory card while moving

Expected behavior: [Moving continues until the limit switch trips]

Actual behavior: [Limit switch does not work]

Similar problem. Powered on the printer with SD card inserted (v2.1.9-rc (Marlin 2.0.x)).
Pressed -10 Z by mistake instead of +10 Z.
Bed crushed Z limit switch.

But Home Z works under this conditions.
