Requesting a KillSwitch to validate API version.

Check https://pgorelease.nianticlabs.com/plfe/version
If > bot version, force exit and prevents sign in.

Niantic just changed the minimum API to 0.47.0. Not safe to bot again.

Actually they have forced the API 0.47.1 now, but I can see that the POGOProtos are updated to 0.47.1 https://github.com/AeonLucid/POGOProtos
