Need clarification on which conf file to use in documentation

Hi, I noticed in sample conf files, there are several, map, pokemon, cluster, optimizer.
Can we have a simple description on what tasks each is focused on please?

If you don't understand, just use config.json.example.

Once you're familiar with how it all works, you can start to experiment with the others.
