No config to specify "start up" location

in auth.json, there is one line:
"location":
and "favorite_locations"

but every time when i start the bot, it does not start from that location. except the first time.
I would like this to be the start location if I start the bot. Like many people requested, a "home" location.

nvm, there is "location_cache": false,
and somehow i deleted it.
