Catch rate log not updated after Razz Berry use

looks like the code needs to be updated. the 22.27 is the before amount obviously

I tried to make the change, but I can't get it to not error. Likely something simple with python im not understanding. I can add the new rate, but it just doesn't work with the old rate for some inane reason
