Templates could use a lot of refactoring

As I've built more stuff in Publ I've found a bunch of better patterns for doing stuff. For example, the overall layout can be scaffolded around a master layout template to inherit from. Also my usage of <article> and <section> isn't in keeping with how others are using it (not that there's any decent spec on how it should be used or nested anyway) and the interaction between <article> and heading tags needs revisiting as well.

Also: the mf2 is kinda wonky. The index feeds are using p-summary or e-summary inappropriately, for example, and should be doing something like p-summary hidden around entry.summary, and then e-content that includes the full entry content but only if there's no cut, or something.
