新功能描述

希望添加（包括但不限于）以下功能：

推荐：刚进入“搜索”页面时，推荐哪些库对于开发者较为实用，同时丰富“搜索”的初始页面，使其不那么单调。
筛选：添加库的标签、下载量、功能类型的对应排序，参考Github的项目搜索。
库搜索项优化：将每个库的标签、logo等显示出来，参考issue。
使用优化：1. 双击库搜索项进入"查看详情"页面，符号人体工程学（）2. 在详情页面给出此库的链接，以便查找更多信息。

第二个需要信息源，目前纯pypi search页面的爬虫

第三个也是需要信息源，大多数库没logo
