ST0: remove recovery code from My Identity part of the wallet
ST1: Introduce a new modal for the first Demiurge administrator
ST2: modal's title should be" Break Glass Recovery Code"
ST3: Add special item in audit " wallet recovered with The Break Glass Recovery Code"
