SELECT FIELDSATTACH SQL VALUES

We have a requirement of adding a Select type field with multiple selection with values
queried from table.

Lets say we want to create a article as a case, we need to add two fields: Case Manager,
and Case Member ( Case member is multiple selection ). Both fields need to select user
from the joomla or custom table.

Please advise how to achieve this.
