add option to be able to run multiple defacers for the same source data

would be happy to chat more, but in a nutshell

• accept all and a list of desired defacers to run
• make use _desc- from bids common derivatives to annotate every defaced "variant"

that would allow for a "quick" sweep across defacers to compare their effect etc.

yeah, we already had plans for something like this. However, given that it will include a somewhat drastic change of functionality, it'll be part of a later release after some discussion re structuring happened.
