What is the state of WebRTC in Opera 15, can we support it?

Opera follows Chromium but it looks like WebRTC is disabled in the current release. It's likely that they're waiting on SCTP support to land in the upstream before doing the merge work.

Seem to be working fine in Opera 22 (at least on mobile version).
