Windows Can't install

I am trying to get the windows version of this software on the PJR MotionCal site, but upon clicking the installation link nothing happens. I am not sure why this is, because I've asked other people to try it on their machine and it works fine for them. I tried looking into my security settings and tweaking things related to the web, but to no avail. I was wondering if there may be a fix for this as I'd love to use this cool tool.

I got it to work by manually pinging this link in a fresh tab http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/beta/imuread/MotionCal.exe

The same happened to me. I think some browsers may block the download. Firefox allowed me to download fine.
