[QA] 'extract here' menu entry missing with ownCloud web app #112

Seen with ownCloud 10.15.0-rc.1 and extract-1.3.7 and web-7.0.3

Using the classic Web UI (with web app disabled), the three dots menu has the 'extract here' option. OK
using web app, (aka "New Design") the right click menu has no 'extract here' BAD.
Thus the extract feature is unavailable then.

Workaround:

use task switcher, and select 'Classic Design'
