ISECOM OPSE is not a beginner cert and belongs in Expert category:

Going to respectfully disagree, after reviewing the syllabus - it might need raised, but it is in no way on the same expert tier that some of the other certifications in that bracket are: https://www.isecom.org/opse.pdf

Networking, Windows, Linux and Security skill level requirement is "low."

"Questions: 50 multiple choice, single answer."
"Passing: 60% or better for certification.Scores of 90% or better include a seal of excellence."

Personally, reading the requirements, I don't see this as above the Security+, CySA+ or SC-200, all certifications around that area that are above it, just to give examples.

I would also like to note that any certification saying the barrier to entry is low (based off the skill level in the syllabus that's displayed) and requiring 24 hours of training can in no way be something we classify as a truly expert credential in the field - it sounds far too easy to obtain.

Remember that the chart is not just about how advanced the certification it is, it is also about how well received the certification is in the workforce.

But one or both of those may have changed, so I'll give it another look. I do recall ISECOM certifications were tough to grade since they are less transparent and less community feedback was given for those certs.
