CCD is too high

In the chart, CCD is on par with GCFA which definitely is not. CCD is not even BTL2 level.

Thank you for the feedback. I'll double check the rating. For CCD and BTL2 I am lacking enough data points to rate them properly. I'm also too lazy to take all 450 certs on the chart myself :)
