Bug or Error or Broken Notes!!!

I recently ran across Clone Hero. After couple days on their Discord. The Bot posted a comment/information about other sources to get game files. And chorus was one. So since a few game links from CH failed to downloads file completely many times...I HAD to check out chorus. I thought I had to have better luck at chorus site.... The list of music is HUGE and after some searching I finding a lot that CH didn't have. So after downloading files from different artists.. I loaded into CH and started to play. Here is where I noticed issues. Some the notes fail to register TO the game. but on screen you can see note being hit. But the notes did NOT have the white area on top of notes. Yellow and Green Would not count and game would not count hit...But it seems to be in most the game files I downloaded If you like a list that I know have said issues 1 is Queensryche Jet City Woman Oh and by the way I only playing drums so I dont know if other instruments are effected.
