Sprint Poker: GitLab v2: Advanced search UI part 1

To make our GitLab search field feel intuitive for users, it should work in a similar way to GitLab's.

When searching for an issue in GitLab, a dropdown menu appears. As the user searches, the dropdown menu filters.

AC:

• Focusing on the search input opens a dropdown menu
• The first option in the dropdown menu includes the same filtering options and icons as GitLab, i.e. from Author to Confidential. The second and third options, e.g. "Is not", will be handled in later issues.
• The menu options contain the same icons as GitLab
