Tag <img> absolute route

Hi,
thanks for the awesome extension!, I don' t have the tools in my work environment to make a pull request but in most use cases I have encountered img is on another route than extension or even more current behaviour demands you place the image on the specified folder extention which makes the extensions not viable for my use cases.

Is it worth for you to make img tag take absolute route?
