This file detects what curves are valid: https://github.com/PRIME-TU-Delft/lavaflow/blob/new-ui/app/src/routes/select-markers/open-cv/detectCurves.ts#L15-L40.

Add params to this discussion to see what params can be changes (include ranges and possible new default values)
Research if there exist any other transformations function in openCV that can help detect curves
