어드민이 볼 수 있는 전체 유저의 인증 로그가 보이는 뷰 (과거 newbie 사이트처럼)

processing time이 오래 걸리긴 한다.

processing time을 줄이기 위해 쿼리를 줄였고, first blood를 제외한 점수 total을 계산하는 get_problem_instance_score(problem_instance)과 get_problem_list_total_score(problem_list) 만듦

total score에서 쿼리 타임이 너무 오래 걸려 서버가 나가는 듯?
일단 뉴비용에선 임시로 fixed point만 계산하겠다.
