There is some overlap with the TALK/WHOJ program installed in #21.

Probably used IEC in #626, which perhaps was only working with NCP.

Maybe that's why @cstacy wrote in the newer TALK/WHOJ:

This is a little MLDEV crock to keep me less annoyed until the ITS RSSER stuff gets converted. It takes JCL, which should be the name of an ITS machine.

The old TALK didn't work anymore after the transition to TCP/IP?
