LMLIB; XDIAG 30
LMLIB; XDIAG INFO

A diagram editor for the Lisp Machine, XDIAG can make and edit diagrams, save them in files, and write them to PRESS files for printing on the Dover or mixing with document PRESS files.

This seems more appropriate for @ams. Still, it's mentioned in ITS' INFO, so we'll have to do something about it.

@ams, do you have this? Do you have any diagram files?

I’ll look into it. Never seen this before, but very interesting.

I cannot find the sources for this, some notes about when it was created and by whom (ECC).

Date: 9 December 1981 20:20-EST

XDIAG, an experimental diagram editing system, has been added to the AI:LMLIB;
directory. AI:LMLIB;XDIAG INFO is an INFO file for it. Note that it is
not a supported product, but may prove useful if used with care.

The LMLIB; INSDIG program could be used to insert images done by Alto's draw program into XDIAG:

Date: 8 March 1982 12:17-EST

The file AI:LMLIB;INSDIG contains a picture insertion facility for the
lisp machine. It will insert press diagrams such as those created by
the Alto's draw program or ECC's XDIAG package for the Lisp Machine (see
LMLIB;XDIAG) into press files.

In 1983, someone was looking for it at the lab ... asking if it got renamed or moved.
