DOCUMENT_HEADING not being replaced when printing folders

Hi all,

Thank you very much for your work with the extension, I am happily using it with my learning journey 😊

Unfortunately, there is this bug wherein the string DOCUMENT_HEADING is displayed when printing folders:

This is prolly because that it is not replaced properly in:

vsc-print/src/html-document-builder.ts

Line 126 in dcde65a

.replace(/DOCUMENT_HEADING/g, thePath)
