[BUG]: Hitbox missing in nevan bossfight from dmc3 special edition (emulated both in pc and xbox series s) #11636

Describe the Bug

I have been playing dmc3 in emulator and all is running well and all, but for some reason in the nevan bossfight the ground electric attack doesnt damage me and I have no clue why that is, I though the problem was the xbox (because I was playing via xbox series s dev mode emulation), but then I tried playing the game on pc and the problem still persists.

Looking for a solution I was told by another user that they had also experience the same Bug.

Reproduction Steps

Get to the nevan bossfight in dmc3 special edition, then dont jump when nevan uses the ground electric attack, you should take damage, but for some reason you dont

Bug on PC:

I was able to reproduce this. Tried many combinations of clamping/rounding modes, but it didn't seem to affect it.

"eeRoundMode: 0 # Fixes inability to enter door in Mission 18." in the gameindex is the reason. It needs to be chop/zero for this to work.
