Ok, c-f packaging complete. See https://github.com/conda-forge/pcmsolver-split-feedstock#readme for install instructions (basically, conda install pcmsolver -c conda-forge gets you v1.2.3). Sorry the feedstock got named pcmsolver-split, @robertodr . It got converted to multiout, and I forgot I hadn't explicitly named the feedstock.
