Dear PATRIC Team,

I am writing to request information on the availability of EC (Enzyme Commission number) or KEGG orthology numbers associated with pathogenic function in your database. Specifically, I am looking for a list of EC or KEGG orthology numbers that are associated with pathogenic function, regardless of the bacterial species.

I have searched your website and various projects on Github, but I have been unable to find any tutorial or information on this topic. From what I understand, the feature I am looking for may be called PATRIC filter, but I cannot find any specific instructions on how to use it for my purpose.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with any information on how to obtain the list of EC or KEGG orthology numbers associated with pathogenic function in PATRIC, or any guidance on how to use the PATRIC filter for this purpose. Thank you very much for your time and attention.
