Pasta version 2.6.0.b2, Python 3.11

Two issues were observed:

Empty folders “This is an example task” and “This is another example task” do not appear in the eln file that is uploaded to Dataverse.
Excluding Measurements in “Configure” menu for the Dataverse Upload removes the measurements metadata from the ro-crate-metadata.json, but keeps the files in the “Data files” folder of the eln file.
