Caprica can't read any Papyrus files saved with UTF-8 BOM.

This can probably be solved fairly easily by adding a check here to skip the utf-8 little endian BOM: https://github.com/Orvid/Caprica/blob/master/Caprica/papyrus/PapyrusCompilationContext.cpp#L83
