Describe the bug
Dynamo crashes and prompts users to save changes whenever they attempt to place nodes (either out-of-the-box or from External Packages) in two scenarios: when working in a script that was opened with Orkestra, or when starting a new script after using Orkestra to import packages.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Orkestra Panel in Revit
  2. Right click a script to open in dynamo
  3. Close that script
  4. Start a new script (reason for this workflow is to maintain the packages that are in the Orkestra workspace)
  5. Try placing a node
  6. Dynamo crashes

Expected behavior
A node to be place and allow me to do another action/run the script

Observed behavior
The above mentioned dynamo crash doesn't happen in other versions of dynamo/Revit i.e Revit 2023. Additionally, Dynamo doesn't crash if you don't open dynamo via Orkestra i.e you just open dynamo via the manage tab

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 enterprise - 19045.5011
  • Revit Version : 2025.2
  • Dynamo Version : 3.2.1
  • Orkestra Version : 1.9.0

In Which context did it happen (please select from the following list) :
Orkestra Revit Addin, Orkestra Dynamo View Extension

Fixed in 1.9.1 !
On a side note, there is a feature that will make this workflow better : you can simply right click the workspace and select "Create Definition With Workspace Settings" . It will open a new graph and load the packages of that workspace.
