Orkestra 1.9 the OrkestraOnline button in the dynamo ribbon doesn't do anything #261

Describe the bug
When in the dynamo 'home' screen clicking on the OrkestraOnline button in the ribbon nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Dynamo via the manage tab
Click the 'OrkestraOnline' drop down ribbon
Click 'OrkestraOnline'

Expected behavior
The orkestra panel to open popped out of dynamo

Observed behavior
Nothing happens
