Improve the CONTRIBUTING section on how to choose a document type by suggesting the questions to ask oneself, cf. OpenTermsArchive/engine#268, OpenTermsArchive/engine#292 and OpenTermsArchive/engine#507 (comment).

Could also be worth mentioning the selector syntax when improving the CONTRIBUTING: OpenTermsArchive/france-declarations#167 (comment)
