Can logging (Cloudfront, Fastly, and Azure) be configured programmatically? #39

Can we configure logging setup programmatically instead of having to do the logging setup via the web UI interface for the providers? I'm guessing it should be relatively straightforward for cloudfront, but harder for fastly and azure.

Two things:

  1. Adding a bucket or Azure profile programmatically adds those storage accounts
  2. Having a checkbox for whether or not logging is enabled programmatically launches logging (or disables logging) wherever it's done.
