A similar exercise to select verbiage was conducted with Fredrik & Di for the finance/invoicing activity feed. Perhaps a similar session should take place again for Compliance.

@fourthletter a few questions:

  • should the contractor be able to see the PAF progress in their application activity feed?
  • by the screenshots you've posted above, I understand OTF user roles in the "team" should be able to see the PAF progress. Correct?

should the contractor be able to see the PAF progress in their application activity feed?

Contractors/vendors should not be able to see the PAF progress. My current position is they shouldn't be able to access the PAF because it's an internal document that isn't relevant to them.

by the screenshots you've posted above, I understand OTF user roles in the "team" should be able to see the PAF progress. Correct?

'team' is currently not a user role, but 'staff' is. The user role 'staff' (also known as program managers and lead) should be able to see the PAF progress.

My screenshots have errors :( Design is hard and I will stick to my day job.

From discussions with Di yesterday she'd like us to carry out a design workshop with Dev Team, and OTF Team.

Di drafts status changes during the PAF creation, approval, and contract creation journey below:

  • PM submits completed PAF for approval from CA
  • CA requests more information
  • CA submits PAF to CEO, Finance, Compliance for approval
  • CEO, Finance, Compliance request change
  • CEO, Finance, Compliance for approval
  • CA "creates" contract and export (pending)
  • Contract approved/signed/mutually executed -- both CEO and contractor signed contract (I think we need to show this, but not sure right now. Unsure if we need to display contract has been signed. We need to find out if contract needs to be displayed).

On May 4 OTF and SimSec discussed potential activities for the Activity Feed and notifications. OTF will provide SimSec with notifications for the contracting journey.
