Beri keterangan singkat dan jelas mengenai error yang dialami

lalu tambah Pengurus

Terangkan secara jelas dan singkat apa yang diharapkan
dapat menambah/ubah pengurus kecamatan

Lampirkan tangkapan layar untuk menjelaskan masalahnya

saat menambah pengurus kecamatan, hanya muncul seperti gambar di atas, dan di daftar pengurus tidak bertambah
