Jelaskan alasan dibutuhkannya fitur ini
Saat ini, yang menjawab keluhan itu adalah warga yg harus terdaftar NIK nya. Sedangkan admin kecamatan belum tentu adalah warga di kecamatan tersebut, sehingga admin kecamatan tidak bisa jawab keluhan.

solusi sementara saat ini menggunkan NIK salah satu warga untuk menjawab

Beri keterangan jelas apa yang diharapkan
perlu di analisis untuk kebutuhan tersebut agar lebih mudah

Lampirkan contoh tangkapan layar atau contoh laporan

Lampirkan peraturan terkait, apabila ada
