Sunstone can't configure vxlan for both automatic on Open vSwitch

Description
Sunstone UI New Network creation for VXLAN on OVSwitch fails 100% when enabling both "Automatic VLAN ID" and "Automatic Outer VLAN ID"

It will give error: "[one.vn.allocate] OUTER_VLAN_ID (or AUTOMATIC) is mandatory for driver ovswitch_vxlan"

This is working on v6.10.0 same release but on OLD Web UI at port 80; as well as via the CLI 'onevnet'

To Reproduce
Create new virtual network and enable both "Automatic VLAN ID" and "Automatic Outer VLAN ID"

Expected behavior
Virtual Network is created and for Open vSwitch VXLAN with it automatically setting a new INNER and OUTER VLAN ID.
