Comment #2 on issue 68610 by ClusterFuzz-External: opennavsurf-bag:bag_read_fuzzer: Use-of-uninitialized-value in H5RS__xstrdup

This crash occurs very frequently on linux platform and is likely preventing the fuzzer bag_read_fuzzer from making much progress. Fixing this will allow more bugs to be found.
