Bug in the platform in settings profile section

Hi ,
There is a bug in the profile section under profession. One can be student and sometime professional both as well but one cannot be an entry level,mid senior level or senior level and entry level professional all at the same time. So this is sort of a minor bug in the system.
Kindly check that. I am attaching the image screenshot for the reference.

Steps to reproduce the bug:-

• Go to profile section in the courses.openmined.org (https://courses.openmined.org/users/settings)
• Select Basic Information Tab.
• Under Basic Information go to section which states which of the following describes you.
  There you can select multiple radio buttons and there I can select all of it so which technically is a bug as one cannot be all at the same time.
