For reference, you can use this code https://www.kaggle.com/code/alexvergaragil/playing-with-radioactive-databases

The icrp107 database is also there icrp107.

This will add ALL isotopes spectra, not only gamma, but also beta-, x-ray, etc. ~~Unfortunately, no beta+ spectra~~ Even beta+ spectra
